Custom CNC Machining Manufacturer · Precision Metal Parts from Prototype to Production

Start small. Grow with us.

Great products often start as one prototype on a startup's bench. Low quantities are not a problem here — we welcome early-stage teams and growing brands and provide engineering support throughout development. As volumes rise, confirmed processes help support a smoother transition to repeat production. Our goal is to support every stage of your product development.

01

One prototype to start

Even a single part is welcome — prove the design first.

02

Engineering validation

Tested parts and DFM feedback that de-risk the next step.

03

Low-volume trial

Small batches that confirm a stable, repeatable process.

04

Repeat Production

Repeatable production with consistent quality and agreed delivery schedules.

CNC Machining Services for Complex Metal Parts

Integrated support for CNC milling, turning, 5-axis machining, micromachining and EDM—from prototypes to repeat production.

Custom parts, made the way you need them

Custom parts, made the way you need them

01 - Custom

Built to your spec

Every part is made to your drawing — your material, tolerance, finish and quantity. No catalogue limits and no forced standard parts.

02 - Quality

Quality you can trace

Material checks, in-process inspection and final dimensional verification help confirm parts meet the agreed requirements.

03 - Support

Engineering communication that stays clear

Questions are addressed early, requirements stay aligned, and project details are tracked from drawing review through delivery.

A finish for every requirement

Preview Finish What it does
As-machined As-machined The default finish straight off the machine, typically Ra 1.6–3.2 µm with light visible tool marks.
Anodizing Anodizing Type II and hard-coat anodizing create a protective oxide layer on aluminium for corrosion resistance, wear resistance and color.
Polishing Polishing Mechanical polishing reduces roughness to a bright, smooth or mirror surface for cosmetic and high-spec parts.
Bead / sand blasting Bead / sand blasting Blasting media give a uniform matte texture, removing tool marks and evening the surface before or after coating.
Tumbling / deburring Tumbling / deburring Vibratory tumbling deburrs and smooths small parts in bulk, rounding sharp edges and evening the surface.

Engineering review

Engineering review

Our engineers analyze your drawing for process and feasibility, then confirm the machining plan and quote.

CNC machining

CNC machining

Parts are machined to the confirmed plan, with the whole process monitored for accuracy and efficiency.

Inspection

Inspection

Finished parts are checked across multiple dimensions to confirm size, finish and performance meet spec.

Delivery

Delivery

Approved parts are packed and shipped with tracking, so your order reaches you on time and intact.

Frequently asked

What files do you need to quote?

A 3D model (STEP or IGES) is ideal, along with a 2D drawing (PDF or DWG) for critical dimensions, tolerances and finish. A sketch with a short description is enough to start the conversation.

Yes — we welcome orders starting from 1 piece, and support early-stage teams through prototype validation before scaling to production. There's no minimum order quantity requirement to get started.

Manufacturing capabilities are based in China, coordinated through Tongyong Industries as the international business and contracting entity, with over 20 years of manufacturing experience.

Yes, tight tolerance machining is part of our standard capability — the achievable tolerance depends on part geometry, material, and process. Share your drawing's critical dimensions and we'll confirm what's realistic, including for parts requiring 5-axis simultaneous machining.

We offer CNC milling, turning, 5-axis machining, micromachining, and wire/sinker EDM. For complex geometries requiring simultaneous multi-face access, our 5-axis capability reduces re-fixturing and improves repeatability across batches.

No — please specify the exact grade (such as 6061-T6 or 7075-T6 aluminum) rather than just the material family, since different grades affect machinability, strength, and finish compatibility. If you're unsure which grade fits your application, our engineers can recommend one during DFM review.

Yes, our engineering team reviews your drawing for manufacturability before quoting, flagging issues like thin walls, tight tolerances that aren't functionally necessary, or features that add cost without adding value. This helps catch problems before they become expensive to fix.

Send your drawings.

Upload your CAD files and project requirements. Our team will review the manufacturing feasibility and provide initial feedback based on your project needs.
